Panko Crusted Zuchinni with Herb & Garlic Bites

I submitted a recipe to the PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese website. Here’s the photo.

This recipe combines a crunchy texture with the softness of the zuchinni and a creamy dollop of herb & garlic cream cheese on top. Also, the crisp bite of the raw grated zuchinni on top adds to the texture and the garnish of this appetizer. The PHILADELPHIA cream cheese infused beef on top pulls it all together to make a lovely appetizer for any party!
